    职业院校加强兼职教师队伍建设的思考与建议

    Reflection on Strengthening the Construction of Part-time Teachers inVocational Colleges and Some Suggestions

    • 摘要: 企事业单位的一线管理、技术人员和能工巧匠担任职业院校兼职教师是强化实践教学环节、提高人才培养质量的重要手段,也是创新学校用人机制的重要途径。目前职业院校兼职教师队伍建设缓慢,问题众多,尚未形成融入职教事业的师资力量。建议从政策层面上制定促进兼职教师发展的制度,面向社会培养“双师型人才”,建立兼职教师人才库; 院校自身要制定师资结构改善计划,健全兼职教师管理,加强校内外师资融合,形成高质量的职业教育师资队伍。

       

      Abstract: The invitation of the management staff, technicians and artisans in the production line of enterprises as the part-time teachers in vocational colleges is an important means of strengthening teaching practice and improving the quality of talent training. And it is also an important path to the innovation of employment mechanism. At present, the construction of part-time teaching staff is slow and facing with a lot of problems. Such staff has not come into the teaching group of vocational colleges. Therefore, the author of this paper suggests that we should make some system of promoting the development of the part-time teachers from the policy level, we should face the whole society and train the “academic and practical” teachers, and establish the pool of young talents. In addition, colleges themselves should make plans of improving teachers' structure,perfect such management of the part-time teachers, promote fusion between outside and inside teachers, and then form a vocational teaching staff with high quality.
