Abstract: A Collection of Mr. SUN Yuan-ru's Works is another name of the scholar's SUN Xing-yan's collection of poems and essays in the period of Emperors Qianglong and Jiaqing. This collection was originally attached to a series of books and later it stood alone and became an independent collection. The evolution of its edition is quite clear. However, the compilation time of its smaller sets is vague. It is of great significance to find out the exact compilation time of these sets for sorting out the whole book and guaranteeing the accuracy of the relevant researches. Meanwhile, with this as an opportunity, we can restore the minutes of the society, history and culture of the time.
