    当代大学生就业选择存在的误区探析

    A Probe into the Misunderstanding in Employment Choice of Contemporary University Students

    • 摘要: 当代大学生就业选择存在把进政府机关、当公务员作为首选目标; 认为选央企、进外企进而工作薪水待遇高; 选大城市与东部经济发达地区就业等误区。高校人才培养方案既要以人才市场为导向,推进人才培养模式改革与创新,又要分析大学生就业选择在认识上存在的误区,开设就业培训指导课程,引导大学毕业生理性选择就业与创业。

       

      Abstract: When making employment choice, the contemporary university students usually take entering the government agencies and becoming civil servants as their first objective. They think they will have high salaries if they enter the central or foreign enterprises. They only want to go to big cities and the developed areas in Eastern China. This is totally wrong. The universities' personnel cultivating program should take market as orientation, promote the reform and innovation of personnel training modes. In addition, we should analyze the misunderstanding in their employment choice, open some training courses to guide their employment, and lead them to choose their employments and start up their own businesses.
