Abstract: How to protect the rights and interests of workers is a hot issue in the academic field. Paul M. Romer's Market Socialism embodies a wealth of Labor Property Rights, which mainly includes the rights of Labor remuneration, Income Distribution and Management. On the basis of analyzing the pros and cons concerning the thoughts of Paul M. Romer's Labor Property Rights some enlightenments of his thoughts are listed out for the income distribution system in our country: to optimize the social welfare system; to set up the sharing mechanism of corporate profit and to build up supervision mechanism involving the participation of all laborers; to heighten the labor property right to the level of constitutional position and put it into practice, which is of realistic value to restructure the income distribution system in our country.
