    珙桐科植物组织培养研究进展

    Research Progress in Tissue Culture of Nyssaceae Plants

    • 摘要: 从外植体的选择、外植体的处理及消毒、培养基种类及植物生长调节剂等方面论述了珙桐科植物组织培养研究现状.珙桐科植物组织培养中,外植体多采用成熟胚、芽、茎段、茎尖等,通过低温、预培养或流水冲洗加上酒精和氯化汞表面消毒的处理方式可成功诱导不定芽或愈伤组织,在低盐浓度的培养基中配合一定浓度的细胞分裂素和生长素可再生新的植株.此外,还探讨了组培研究中存在的问题及未来发展方向,以期为今后珙桐科植物组培研究提供参考.

       

      Abstract: A status quo survey is conducted to find out about the tissue culture of Nyssaceae plants concerning the problems of the choice, treatment and sterilization of exophyte, the types of culture medium and the growth conditioning agent. In the tissue culture of Nyssaceae plants, mature embryo, sprout, section of stem and stem tip are usually used as the exophyte. By means of low temperature, preincubation, running water flush and surface sterilization by spirit and mercury bichloride, successful inducement of adventitious bud and callus can be achieved; in the culture medium of low salt-concentration plus cytokinin and auxin of certain concentration, reproduction of a new plant can be made possible. In addition, existing problems and future developing trend are discussed so as to provide some reference for future research of tissue culture of Nyssaceae plants.
