    三角梅茎的解剖结构

    Anatomical Structure of the Stem of Bougainvillea glabra

    • 摘要: 采用石蜡切片法,对三角梅茎解剖结构进行了研究.结果表明:三角梅茎的结构由表皮、皮层、维管柱组成,近皮层的维管束排列成一圈,其它的维管束不规则的排列在基本组织中.没有髓射线,髓也不明显,无束间形成层,茎的增粗生长不明显.维管束为外韧维管束,数量较多; 具有较强的运输能力和一定的抗旱能力; 耐寒能力不强.

       

      Abstract: The anatomy Structure of the stem of Bougainvillea glabra was studied through the use of paraffin section method. The results revealed that the structure of the stem is composed of epidermis, cortex and vascular cylinder. The vascular bundles in the cortex are arranged in a circle. The other vascular bundles are arranged irregularly in the basic tissues. Within the structure, there are no pith rays, and the pith not obvious. The vascular bundle cambium is not observed and the growth of stem is not obvious, either. The vascular bundles are external phloem vascular bundles in large quantities. Such a structure renders it a strong transportation ability and resistant capability against drought to a certain extent. However, the cold-tolerance of Bougainvillea glabra is rather weak.
