    高等院校小学教育本科专业教师培养方案研究

    A Study ofthe Teachers' Training Program of Undergraduate Primary Education Major in Universities

    • 摘要: 小学教育是基础教育之基础,是我国现行学制中的根基部分。初等师范教育的质量对小学师资人才的培养具有决定意义。福建某师范大学新近开设的小学教育专业承担着培养小学教师的重要使命。研究旨在通过对培养方案的初步探索,了解该师范大学小学教育专业的现状,并为完善方案提出若干建议:一,完善通识课程; 二,调整课程比例; 三、注重课堂实践; 四、开设艺术课程; 五、重视美育的价值。

       

      Abstract: The primary education is the basis of the fundamental one. And it is a base of current schooling system. The quality of the primary normal education is of great significance for the teachers' training of primary schools. The newly opened primary education major in a normal university of Fujian bears an important mission of such training. This study is aimed at understanding the current situation of this major in the university through probing into the training program of the major. Moreover, this paper has offered some suggestions for the improvement of the program: perfection of general courses, adjusting the proportion of various courses, valuing practice in class, opening some artistic courses, and attaching importance to aesthetic education.
