    • 摘要: 在科技迅猛发展、应用广泛的21世纪,中学物理教学的知识性、技术性含量越来越高,敬业度不强、缺乏本体性知识及文化素养的教师难以胜任物理教学.主动、不懈地学习,与时俱进、不断扩大自己的内存是物理教师增加本体性知识、完善知识结构的必由之路,此乃提高物理教学水平的基础.事实显示:现代科技知识等是许多物理教师知识完备和知识结构完善的要素; 物理教师增大阅读量、丰富本体性知识等是有效教学和提升物理教学质量的保障.

       

      Abstract: In the context of the fast development and application of science and technology, the knowledge content and teaching skills required of the middle school physics teaching are drastically on the increase. Teachers short of a strong sense of duty and a rich ontic knowledge of physics and cultural appreciation will be far from competent in doing their job of physics teaching. Active and constant learning, keeping up with times and incessant expansion of one's knowledge base have become a must for the enhancement of one's ontic knowledge and the optimization of one's knowledge structure, without which the enhancement of the physics teaching can not be expected. Numerous facts have told us: knowledge of modern science and technology is the crucial component to constitute the knowledge structure of a physics teacher; the reinforced reading and enhancement of ontic knowledge on the part of the physics teachers is the key for efficient teaching and promotion of physics teaching quality.
