    白芨组培苗移栽驯化技术研究

    On Transplanting Technology of Tissue Culture Seedlings of Bletilla striata( Thunb.)Reichb.f.

    • 摘要: 研究了瓶苗适应性锻炼、不同基质、去顶处理对白芨组培苗驯化成活率及生长的影响.结果表明:大棚适应性锻炼6d,有机介质为水苔,无机介质为珍珠岩:营养土为1:1及去顶处理的组培苗移栽成活率较高、生长情况较好.为白芨组培苗大规模生产提供技术依据.

       

      Abstract: The effects of acclimatization training, different medium and detopping treatment on the survival rate and growth of tissue culture seedlings of Bletilla striata( Thunb.)Reichb.f.were investigated in the experiment.The results showed that the survival ratio and growth of tissue culture seedlings of Bletilla striata( Thunb.)Reichb.f.were rather satisfactory when they are subjected to the detopping treatment, the acclimatization training of 6 d, using sphagnum and perlite as the organic and non-organic media and the nutrition soil(1/1), which can serve as the technical support for future large-scale cultivation of tissue culture seedlings of Bletilla striata(Thunb.)Reichb.F.
