Abstract: Applying the methods of measurement and mathematical statistics to the students(Grades2007,2008)of Wenhua College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, a physical health quality test was conducted in contrast with the National Health Standards for Physical Fitness of Students so as to find out about students' health condition in the 6 dimensions like their body height, body weight. After giving a statistical processing of the data gained, a cluster analysis and discriminant analysis were done so as to work out a physical health evaluation analysis model for the students. A validity test finds the new model is of a rather high scientificalness and of practical value.
